  • Monthly & Contract-Based Cab Services

Service scope, vehicle type, pricing, duration, and other commercial terms will be defined in a separate agreement, quotation, or booking confirmation.

4. Booking & Service Engagement

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

    • Advance booking is recommended for uninterrupted service.

    • Tripxpress CABS LLP reserves the right to accept or decline bookings at its discretion.

    • Any changes to confirmed bookings must be communicated in advance and may be subject to additional charges.

5. Payments & Billing

  • Clients must make payments as per the agreed quotation, invoice, or contract terms.

  • Delayed payments may attract penalties or suspension of services.

  • All applicable taxes will be charged as per Government of India regulations.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation.

    • No-shows may attract full booking charges.

    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per company policy within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers and clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate pickup/drop details

  • Maintaining proper conduct during the journey

  • Ensuring no damage is caused to the vehicle

  • Not carrying prohibited or illegal items

Tripxpress CABS LLP reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund in case of misconduct or unlawful activity.

8. Compliance & Safety

Tripxpress CABS LLP ensures:

  • Deployment of trained and verified drivers

  • Regular vehicle maintenance and compliance with transport regulations

  • Adherence to applicable Motor Vehicle laws and local regulations

However, the company shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, roadblocks, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, images, and branding displayed on this website are the property of Tripxpress CABS LLP and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability
